How do I Sign Up & What Happens Next?

Complete and submit the online referral form or give us a call and we can assist you to do this.

We will then get in touch with you to discuss your needs and how we can best support you.

We may ask to see a copy of your NDIS plan if you have not already provided a copy and talk through other forms, like the service agreement and consent documents that will need to be discussed and signed in order to provide you with Coordination of Support services.

A friendly No Limitts Support Coordinator will then organise an initial meeting with you. Of course, you are welcome to invite a family member, plan nominee or a support person to join the meeting. We will talk through your NDIS plan together and you can share your needs, goals, concerns and any challenges you may be experiencing. You will also be assisted to better understand your NDIS plan and funding budget for the plan period. Your No Limitts Support Coordinator or Psychosocial Recovery Coach will work with you to make a plan of action in order to provide you with the assistance and support that you would like, need and are funded for.ï‚·

After the initial meeting your No Limitts Support Coordinator or Psychosocial Recovery Coach will start to put your NDIS plan into action so that you have the support required to work towards your NDIS goals and live your life your way.

Your No Limitts Support Coordinator or Psychosocial Recovery Coach will regularly keep in touch with you answering any questions and addressing any concerns you may have. By getting to know you and your support needs your No Limitts Support Coordinator or Psychosocial Recovery Coach will aim to build a connection of respect and trust. You can expect to receive consistent and reliable support and assistance.
